　　Pure nanodrug, i.e., nanocrystal (NC), is a promising drug delivery system and has been used in formulating of water-insoluble drugs for oral drug delivery[1, 2].The significantly improved drug dissolution in GI endowed by NCs accounts for the enhanced oral absorption of water insoluble drugs[3] However, efficient drug absorption is still difficult to achieve when NCs encounter epithelium barrier in GI.
