With the rapid growth of GDP in China,tourism and transportation have experienced explosive growth in recent years.However,this has brought about problems such as traffic jams and traffic accidents.Under the background of the integration and coordination of Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei region policy,along with the promotion of Internet Plus initiative,we propose a novel traffic monitoring and warning method based on online sightseeing opinion and traffic volume.On the basis of online public opinion,hourly traffic volume data,and traffic microblogs on Sina Weibo,we monitor and forecast the traffic flows in the networks of highways quantitatively and qualitatively.Our conclusion is that our model is effective and efficient to analyze traffic flows,which has a profound impact on tourism and transportation.
