Enzymes are powerful catalysts that hold tremendous promise for green chemistry industries.However,while the number of biocatalysts developed has undergone explosive growth over the past several years,there are still relatively few examples of large scale applications.This is mainly due to the fact that most nature enzyme must be tailor-made to fulfill the requirement for industrial process.
