This study was conducted to determine the effects of sulfur additives on growth performance in Yan-bian Yellow cattle.A total of 60 healthy Yanbian Yellow cattle bullock with initial body weight of (550±16) kg were randomly allocated into 4 treatments, included: I of the group was fed the basal diet, Ⅱ、 Ⅲ、 Ⅳ of the groups with different levels of sulfur additives in the basic diet, add quantity respectively as per head per day with 16 mg, 18 mg, 20 mg.In conclusion, Supplementat-ion of sulfur additives in late fattening diet can obtain fa-vorable effects on growth performance of Yanbian Yell-ow cattle and 20 mg (average cattle/day) is considered to be the optimal level in the concentration under conditionin this study.
