慢病防控与健康管理已经成为严重影响国人生活质量的巨大难题,我国的肥胖、糖尿病、高血压等患者的数量仍然处于快速增长阶段。然而,国际医学领域的快速发展并没有为慢病防控带来明显的促进作用,其主要原因在于以往的研究未能发现导致慢病的元凶并不止在于人体的基因和蛋白质,人体共生菌群所致的肠道菌群紊乱是最近发现的重要因素。
