  Recently,several large cities such as Shanghai and Beijing have imposed harsh control over population growth.Various tactics have been implemented to drive away the floating migrants.For example,Beijing municipal government planned to control the permenant residents in Beijing within 21.77 million until the end of this year by moving certain urban facilities and driving the illigal renters out of the city center.
