国内银行ATM用户的特征研究

  近些年国内自动柜员机(ATM)的不断普及引发了一系列安全及可靠性问题,因此将用户的特征(行为、心理)反馈给制造商及银行方面就显得特别有意义。文章基于国外在该领域所取得的研究成果,结合我国的自身特点,提出了就我国ATM用户特征进行系统研究的构想,并给出了一套研究方法;阐述了调查问卷的设计、问卷中的内容(用户态度)构成;并对用户的人机学参数及ATM人机界面设计进行了描述。
