杨梅分子标记在遗传多样性和品种鉴定等方面得到广泛应用，但至今还未构建杨梅分子标记遗传图谱。杨梅为雌雄异株植物，栽培杨梅为雌性品种，没有雄花，因此选择适宜的亲本，构建作图的杂交群体成为应解决的首要问题。
动物及微生物中过氧化物酶体内Lon蛋白酶能够清除氧化损伤蛋白、延缓衰老进程并提高抗逆性，但关于Lon2 蛋白酶在植物抗逆方面的作用未见报道。本研究在研究蓝莓Lon2(VcLon2)表达模式的基础上，克隆蓝莓VcLon2 基因全长，并通过RNAi技术和烟草遗传转化对该基因功能进行研究，以揭示蓝莓Lon2 蛋白酶的生物学功能。
利用qRT-PCR 技术检测8个细胞壁代谢相关基因在两个品种室温贮藏期间和乙烯利处理后，基因在不同阶段的表达变化，并应用CLUSTER软件对基因的差异表达进行双向层次聚类分析，探讨细胞壁代谢相关基因在裂果品种(AP番荔枝)和不裂果品种(PO番荔枝)采后贮藏期间的表达差异。
利用我国番石榴主栽品种珍珠和优良品种无籽水晶为试材，研究了这两个品种果实发育期生物活性物质含量及总抗氧化能力变化，探讨番石榴生物活性物质代谢规律及其与抗氧化能力的关系。
以不同种源滨梅(Prunus maritima Marshall)一年生扦插苗为材料，对引进的滨梅0号、1 号、3 号和5 号种源进行了耐盐性评价。
