介绍了一种流体管道流动观测装置,该装置利用场作用力以非接触方式驱动流体在环形管内循环流动,在整个观测过程中流体始终离不开测试管道,所以不改变流体的管道流动历史,实现了在有限长度的试验管道内任意长时间、长距离地模拟及观测实际输油管道的流动,从而满足有记忆流体管流实验的需要,尤其是对于象含蜡原油这样的非牛顿流体的管道流动实验,本装置提供了一种新的试验测量手段。装置测粘范围为40~6000 mPa·s,试验样品用量约550mL,温度控制精确度高,具有无级变速功能,观测过程中基本无轻组分损失。 A device for observing the flow of a fluid pipeline is introduced.
