　　Cathepsin C(CatC)is a lysosomal cystein protease which belongs to the papain super family.It has been found involved in inflammation process in peripheral system.Our previous study found that the expression and enzymatic activity of Cat C was upregulated in neuroinflammation which was induced by lipopolyccharide(LPS)intraperitoneal injection,but the impact of Cat C on neuroinflammation remains unclear.
