Background Congenital heart disease (CHD) is the most common pediatric heart disease.The detection rate is 0.7％ in the newborn.We estimate that there are up to 150-170 thousands new born children with it every year in our country.Surgical thoracotomy surgery is still the main method for the treatment of congenital heart disease.
