Objective To explore how to improve the overall quality of newly recruited professional and technical personnel through pre-service training. Methods A statistical analysis was made on the training effect of 43 newly recruited professional and technical personnel from 2006 to 2009 in our station. Results 43 new professional and technical personnel were trained, 7 failed the examination. Conclusion The systematic and standardized training can not only enable newly recruited staff to meet the expected job requirements as soon as possible, but also have a great impact on improving the overall quality of staff
