本文采用醋酸甲酯水解催化精馏与固定床耦合工艺,通过系统的实验探讨了进料水酯摩尔比(W/MA)、回流进料体积比(L/F)和空速(SV)对醋酸甲酯水解率和酸水比的影响。其中SV=0.3471m3(MA)/h·m3cat,L/F=4.5ml/ml,W/MA=5.8下,可使醋酸甲酯水解率达到98.0%以上而酸水比大于0.67,使后续工艺中醋酸甲酯不需要循环水解,釜液中酸浓度达到PTA厂对酸水比的最低要求。
本文从对甲酸分解有催化效果的镍系催化剂出发,通过掺杂对甲酸具有同样催化分解效果的氧化锌,采用共沉淀法制备新型甲酸分解复合催化剂.以0.05mo·L-1的甲酸水溶液为研究对象,考察了催化剂的活性。优化的复合催化剂的制备条件为:镍锌摩尔比为1:1.5,沉淀温度为60℃,氮气中500℃,焙烧3h。当催化剂用量为1g·L-1时,甲酸的催化分解率可达55%以上。SEM表征显示,所制备的复合催化剂为大小均一的
本研究对碱性载体MgAl2O4,ZnO及两性载体γ-Al2O3、活性炭颗粒和活化活性炭载体、Si02载体等常见类型载体进行筛选,综合考虑其在甲酸反应体系中的化学稳定性及催化活性,优选SiO2作为镍基催化剂的载体。
