C10高碳糖类化合物的合成及活性研究

肿瘤一直是威胁人类健康的常见病和多发病，人类因肿瘤而引起的死亡率也在逐年增加，核苷类药物仍然是一类重要的抗肿瘤药物，同时三氮唑化合物类也有良好的抗肿瘤活性[1]，因此，该课题组在以前期发现的具有三环结构双异头碳的新型C10 高碳糖的基础上[2]，对其进行衍生化拟合成一些新型的三氮唑取代高碳糖核苷类似物，为其进行生物活性研究筛选和评价，以期发现具有较好活性的抗肿瘤类药物。
