Anatomical corrosion casts of human specimens have the advantages of rich appearance and clarity of the duct structures.However, their use is limited due to ethical concerns with obtaining specimens, and the inability to produce unlimited perfect replicas.In the study, a new strategy was explored to overcome these limitations through three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction, rapid prototype production, mold technology and Web-based 3D atlas construction.
