介绍了北台炼钢厂在现有设备工艺条件下,用小方坯连铸机生产高附加值产品预应力钢绞线的生产实践与质量控制措施,并对SWRH82B高碳钢盘条的生产技术难点夹杂物控制措施进行了创新。通过加强SWRH82B冶炼过程质量控制,为产品后续深加工奠定了基础。
The paper introduces the production practice and quality control measures of the prestressed steel strand with high value added product by using the billet caster under the existing equipment technological conditions of Beitai Steel Plant.
