The noble transition-metal (i.e., Pd, Ru, Rh, and Ir) catalysts play a dominant role in the stage of inert chemical bond functionalization.Our efforts are mainly dedicated to the development of catalytic processes promoted by Group Ⅶ transition metals (Mn&Re) with a current focus on transformations of C-H and C-C bonds.
