　　Objective To study the osteogenic potential of SF/PLCL electrospinning material composited with bone mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) in repairing the radius defection in rabbits.Method Bone marrow was obtained from 3 three-month-old male New Zealand white rabbits.BMSCs were then cultivated and mixed for BMSCs/Alginate hydrogel.
