Over the past few years,Supercritical fluids have been used tremendously as solvents for the formation of micro-and nano-particles,due to increased demands from industry for materials with high performance specifications and high or unique functionality.Supercritical fluids allow synthesis of many types of particles since the solvents chemical and physical properties can be varied with temperature or pressure, both of which can affect the degree of supersaturation and nucleation [1].In this study,we observed formation of Nation nano particles using Supercritical Anti Solvent methods. The experiments were implemented at concentration of Nation solutions over temperatures ranging from 328 to 348K and pressures up to 15.0Mpa to investigate the relationship between formation of Nation membranes and properties of Nation membranes.
