　　In the study, manufacturing and properties of an integral composite fuel tank were investigated.NOMEX honeycomb were cocured with carbon fabric/epoxy prepreg to be sandwich panels.Then, those panels were bonded to be an integral composite fuel tank.For good sealing of the tank, sealants were applied on the bonded lines and bolts and coatings applied on inner skins.
