目的:探讨抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRACP-5b)在多发性骨髓瘤(MM)中的作用。方法:对35例MM患者骨髓培养液中抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶-5b(TRACP-5b)浓度进行检测。结果:初发、复发及病情稳定组TRACP-5b明显高于健康对照组,其中初发与复发组和对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05),病情稳定组与健康组差异无统计学意义;与对照组相比,破坏部位≥3有统计学意义(P<0.05),破坏部位≤2的TRACP-5b明显高于健康对照组,差异无统计学意义。结论:TRACP-5b与MM密切相关,可用于监测MM疾病进展及治疗疗效。
Objective: To investigate the role of tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRACP-5b) in multiple myeloma (MM). Methods: The concentration of tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase-5b (TRACP-5b) in bone marrow of 35 patients with MM was measured. Results: The rates of TRACP-5b in primary, relapse and stable disease group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group (P <0.05), there was no statistic difference between stable group and healthy group (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the number of damaged sites≥3 was significantly higher (P <0.05), and the percentage of TRACP-5b with less than 2 sites was significantly higher than that of healthy controls (P <0.05). Conclusion: TRACP-5b is closely related to MM, which can be used to monitor the progress of MM disease and curative effect.
