一、吉林省农村电信业务预测 目前在一些发达国家的乡村,电信业务主要以电话为主(包括电话网承载的G3类传真和低速数据业务),大部分交换机都能提供ISDN(2B+D为主)业务,但应用较少。有线电视业务采用模拟的广播方式,已广泛普及;其它视频业务(如:VOD类业务等)还处于研究试验阶段,乡村未商用。 在我国南方一些发达省份的农村,电信业务主要是电话,有线电视业务基本由广电部门提供。
I. Forecast of Rural Telecommunication Services in Jilin Province At present in some rural areas in developed countries, the telecom services are mainly telephone (including G3 type fax and low-speed data services carried by the telephone network). Most switches can provide ISDN (2B + D is Main) business, but less used. The cable television service adopts the analog broadcasting method and has been widely popularized. Other video services (such as VOD service, etc.) are still in the research and experimental stage, and the rural areas are not commercialized. In some developed provinces in southern China’s rural areas, the telecommunications business is mainly telephone, cable television business by the basic provision of radio and television departments.
