Preparation of Bi-template Proteins Imprinted Polymer and its Application in Protein Separation

　　Bi-template imprinted polymer has the ability to simultaneously separate and enrich two target molecules from one sample.Currently, there are few report involved in the application of bi-template proteins imprinted polymer.In this work, lysozyme (Lyz) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) which have obvious different molecular size and isoelectic point were utilized as bi-template proteins, the superparamagnetic bi-template proteins surface-imprinted polymer (Fe3O4@Bi-MIP) was successfully prepared based atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) with N-isopropylacrylamide as functional monomers in the assistance of basic monomers N-[3-(Dimethylamino)-propyl]-methacrylamide.
