Objective To investigate tissue cell biological energy homeostasis concept and tumor development relationship.Methods Introducing concept of tissue cells within the environment of biological energy steady state, combination known membrane passive electrical properties, nature of the cell membrane capacitance and resistance, membrane capacitance discharge characteristics, extracellular matrix proteoglycan molecules of biological energy repository and regulation, a collagen fiber bundle the biological electricity conduction carrier concept, establishment of human body bioelectrical electric energy and the electric potential energy of the energy conversion process in the event of all the time to achieve level of human cells, cell team level bioelectrical balance and level of interorganizational and organ, the event of a bio-energy content per unit volume in the organization to increase or reduce, it produces pathological changes, including tumors.Results maintenance of homeostasis is a dynamic equilibrium, while the steady state has been extended to each level of the bodys normal physiological activities, including cell volume, intracellular fluid ion concentration at the cell level, the cells of various degree functional activity to keep a certain steady-state; machine that the physiological activities of whole body from molecules, cells, tissues and organs, the system can be able to maintain a relatively stable state.However, physiologically home are all steady-state are taken into account, with the exception of missing a steady state, disorders cause of this steady state is the common result of the formation of a variety of pathogenic factors, and the common results is a common cause of organic pathological changes in tissue cells, a variety of pathophysiological changes are this homeostasis due to the results means that the body tissue caused by the inner and outer disease factors, the first changement is this homeostasis, based on the various pathophysiological changes.Physiologist is due to neglect of the existence of such a steady state of the research, resulting in many pathological disease of unknown etiology, and treatment only paid attention to the organization of the cell function while ignoring the functional state regulation.Steady state is tissue cells biological energy homeostasis, organizational cells per unit volume of bio-energy content of the steady-state.Conclusion Chronic, long-term organizational environment within the cell biological energy homeostasis is the most fundamental causes leading to tumorigenesis.
