Objective To study the effect of enriched environment (EE) on post-stroke cognitive impairment (PSCI) and EE on the epigenetic regulation of cholinergic circuits.Methods First we established a photothrombotic mouse PSCI model, then mice with PSCI and sham-operated mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: sham-operated mice in Standard Environment (SHAM+SE), sham-operated mice 1in Enriched Environment (SHAM+EE), PSCI mice in Standard Environment (PSCI+SE) and PSCI mice in Enriched Environment (PSCI+EE).Each group had 25 qualified mice.SHAM+SE and PSCI+SE mice were housed in regular cages (30 cm long × 19 cm wide × 13 cm high) whereas the enriched mice were in more spacious cages (60 cm long × 36 cm wide × 28 cm high) equipped with rodent toys of various shapes, colors and an exercise running wheel.Toys were changed twice a week during bedding changes and mice were kept under EE for at least 4 weeks before behavioral testing and molecular biological testing.

目的:探讨桑白皮的抗心衰作用及其发挥抗心衰作用的最佳有效部位。方法:通过小剂量多次腹腔注射阿霉素方法诱导大鼠慢性心衰。连续给药4周后,用ELISA方法检测大鼠血液中脑钠肽(BNP)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平,筛选出桑白皮水煎液发挥抗心衰作用的最佳剂量。以此剂量为参考,对桑白皮各化学拆分组分的抗心衰作用进行研究。连续给予各化学拆分组分
目的:考察膜分离法和醇沉法对肾康口服液的纯化效果。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定肾康口服液提取液膜分离法样品及醇沉法样品中指标性成分大黄酸,大黄素,大黄酚的含量,对比其保留量;并分别测定上述样品的出膏量。结果:膜分离法较醇沉法3个指标成分保留率低,出膏量高。结论:膜分离法能否代替醇沉法需要进行验证试验。
