The Land-Atmosphere (LA) interactions play a significant role in determining water cycle evolution in the earths climate system.Soil moisture and other land surface water budget components are critical variables that need to be carefully initialized and simulating for hydrological processes prediction, such as flood and strong rainfall events, both spatially and temporally.
