In this article,polysulfone membrane (PSU) containing zwitterionic sulfobetaine groups were prepared from polysulfone membrane with 2-azidoethyl methacrylate and N,N-diethyl-N-propargyl-N-(3-sulfopropyl) ammonium (DEPAS) via surface-initiated ATRP and click chemistry in a one pot two-step grafting reaction.The PSF membrane were fully characterized by attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectra (ATR-FTIR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS),and static water contact angle (WCA) measurement analysis.Results showed that zwitterionic monomers were successfully and highly efficient grafted from PSF surfaces.The hydrophilicity of the membrane was characterized by static contact angle,and the results indicated that the modified PSU membrane shows better hydrophilicity.
