A rapid prototyping and optimization method for micro gyroscope based on element model library is presented. The prototype of micro gyroscope is rapidly established based on reusable and parameterized element model library. Computational experiments are carried out and mathematic model of performance is derived from uniform design and regression. The optimal design is obtained based on the mathematic model. Results show that the new methodology can improve the efficiency of prototyping and optimization of micro gyroscope.
