  The main aim of the paper is to understand spatial and temporal variation of water cycle,heat fluxes and thermo-dynamical structure of atmospheric boundary layer.By using wavelet techniques,role of micro-meso and large scale events on rainfall and evaporation variations will explain water deficit and role of climate changing.
