Objective: To explore the effects of occlusal interference on spatial learning and memory functions in rats.Methods: Sixteen adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 2 groups: normal group and occlusal interference group.Under anesthetized condition by intraperitoneal injection of sodium pentobarbital,light-cured flowable resin was put on the occlusal surface of right maxillary molars of rats in occlusal interference group.
