  The Near-Infrared spectroscopy analysis technique has many advantages such as high analyze speed, low cost, green environmental protection, detection precision, can realize the quantitative analysis of nutrients.It is one of the commonly used methods of fast, low cost detection.The micro-optical-fiber sensor is designed based on the popular USB4000 model (Ocean Optics Co.Ltd).The micro-optical-fiber spectrometer can respond to the spectra of 200-1100rim.In order to detect the crop growth status in the field, the software was developed and installed in a panel computer.The control software was developed with three basic capabilities including the device parameters setting, spectral reflectance display and storage, and data processing.The software included the serial port communication, data processing and other functions.In the serial communication part, this paper introduces the general steps of serial communication and specific functions used.The spectral data processing function included the spectral data standardized data processing, mean and smoothing.A series of mathematical processing of the original data were collected.The results showed that the software can realize the functions of presupposition.It provides the interface and data processing base for the subsequent measurement and control software development of research group.
