Metal-based drugs possess a long and successful history in cancer treatment,starting in 1978 with the worldwide approval of cis-platin [1],and then metallic antitumor agents have been widely investigated.In 1971,Hart first discovered the gallium nitrate antitumor activity [2] and at present gallium-based anticancer drugs have passed the Ⅱ clinical trials.So it is necessary to detect trace gallium from anticancer drug residual in human body.
