During the period of the "twelve five-year" plan,China has ushered in a peak stage of the large-scaled construction of social security housing.Shenzhen,as a forerunner of the standardization of social security housing,has made a great practice in terms of green design.But the practice of social security housing is still at a primary stage,the applicability of green technology for social security housing still needs to be evaluated.In general,current studies of domestic evaluation generally focus on the design stage,lack of studies on the post-occupancy evaluation combined with households psychological behavior.The effects on the households psychological behavior and residential demand of social security housing caused by the intervention of green factors are just the theme of this dissertation.Therefore,its necessary to do the post-occupancy evaluation of green technology from the social security housing residents timely.Based on the environment-behavior studies,this paper conducted thorough on-site investigations into three social security housings in Shenzhen,which about the characteristics and demands of the residents living behavior and psychology,while combining with the lifestyle in the south.And based on the mathematical statistics method and comparative method to analyze data,and from the comfort,generality,economy,we would concern with the green factors to discuss the environment and behavior factors of housing graphic design,such as the plane shape,layout,apartment layout,individual form of social security housing,and performance of green technology.With the methods of plane drawing,questionnaire survey,interview,this paper would get further understand on residents evaluation and use willingness of the indoor green technology and find the preliminary green design strategies for this kind of living space.From the analysis,we found all three projectsrespondents generally feel not bad with the suitability of current green living factors.But the ecological solar energy do not welcome by respondents.Meanwhile,the costs of property management and transportation mainly become residentseconomic burden in Shenzhen.For green projectsrespondents,the energy-saving technology and behavior are the key factors affecting their costs.And for 45% respondentsfamily has the elder,it needs to consider feelings of the elderly to study the generality of green technology.In general,the real application for the green is not only the application of green technology for ventilation and natural lighting and so on,but the complement between environmental protection and energy-saving,as environmental protection shouldnt be separated from the energy-saving.And it should also be healthy,which needs concern about human behavior and psychology of different age groups,and the generality of technology for the elderly.
