  Last few decades in the mankind history are characterized by a rapidly socio-economic transformation and,resulting from this progress,environment degradation.The greenhouse effect is one of the most appreciable and best recognized among all the symptoms.It is believed that people emit approximately 6 Pg of carbon each year and approximately 40 % of this load is stored in the ocean.Among them,shelf seas that constitute only 7 % of the world ocean surface area are responsible for about 20 % of the ocean carbon dioxide uptake,.This underlines the importance of the marine environment in the age of common fossil fuel combustion and cement production.Global increase of CO2 concentrations causes marine environmental changes that modify conditions of organisms growth.Simultaneously,high carbon dioxide emissions have an influence on global climate as well,whereas the climate is an elementary factor effecting the marine ecosystem.
