The spectral-temporal characteristics of high-order harmonics were investigated by used carrier-envelope phase (CEP) stabilized few-cycle laser pulse.Spectrum with full quantum trajectories resoluteion was firstly observed with an extreme ultraviolet (XUV) spectrometer.The temporal structure was characterized by using an attosecond streaking camera, isolated attosecond pulse (IAP) with pulse duration of 160as was measured at the central photon energy of 82eV.Which open an advanced platform for investigating ultrafast processes in atoms, molecules and condense matters.
