Hydrogen production through photofermentation is a promising way to produce clean and renewable energy[1].Rhodobacter capsulatus (R.capsulatus),which is a typical purple non-sulfur photosynthetic bacterium,can produce hydrogen under photosynthetic condition by the action of the nitrogenase system[2].
