　　Swirling flows in pipes are widely used in industry.In our case,this impinging jet is generated by a rotating pipe.For the heat transfer purpose,once the jet exits the pipe,it spreads until it impinges against a heated flat plate located at a dimensionless distance H/D from the exit pipe,where D is the diameter of the pipe and H is the distance.
