页岩储层压裂改造的非常规理论与技术构想

我国页岩储层埋深大,成藏条件复杂,构造运动剧烈,页岩板块零碎,热成熟度低,特别是西北华北等页岩气储量丰富的地区严重缺乏水资源,页岩储层后期改造困难,页岩气开发的难度和复杂程度都超过美国.为此本文提出了页岩微结构分形重构与页岩气储运理论、页岩高度体破裂理论、页岩高能气动脆裂技术和高分子中空热胀支撑剂技术的全新非常规页岩气开发理论与技术构想,为我国页岩气开发特别是贫水缺水地区的页岩气开发探索新途径.页岩储层的压裂改造是页岩气开发的核心内容,目前结合水平钻井的水力压裂技术是页岩气开采的共识,能够实现页岩气大规模、商业化生产。页岩气储层改造技术包括水力压裂和酸化,分段压裂、清水压裂、同步压裂、水力喷射压裂和重复压裂是目前页岩气水力压裂常用的技术,本文特别针对我国页岩优势板块多处于贫水缺水地区的现状,从水资源、生态环境保护和页岩气开采的可持续发展角度出发,提出了页岩压裂改造的非常规理论与技术构想,这将为形成与发展具有中国特色的贫水缺水地区页岩气储层改造理论与技术提供新的思路。
