In this work,a microfluidic device coupled to liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC/MS) for implementing drug assay and metabolic analysis of glioma stem cells was developed.An integrated two-layered microdevice with topbottom microchannels was designed for providing an artificial stem cell microenvironment and exploring the biochemical process in drug resistance.
