坚持科学发展,实现经济发展方式转变具有非常重要的现实意义,党的十七届五中全会审议通过的“十二五”规划建议,明确地将其概括为一个主题和一条主线。辩证地看,要实现经济发展方式的转变就必须坚持科学发展,也只有坚持了科学发展才能实现经济发展方式的转变,它们分别是途径和结果两个方面,科学发展是途径,实现经济发展方式转变为结果。
It is of great practical significance to adhere to the scientific development and to achieve the transformation of the mode of economic development.
