The aim of this study is to investigate the biological effects on rat neural stem cells under simulated microgravity.Neural stem cells from hippocampus of neonatal rats were identified by Immunocytochemistry and then cultured under clinostat-simulated microgravity for 12h, 24h, 48h,72h, 96h and 120h, respectively.The effects on morphology of neurospheres, cell cycle and apoptosis rate were detected.By using fetal bovine serum, neural stem cells were induced to differentiate for 24h, and then the proportion of neurons and astrocytes was detected.
