Recently chiral coordination polymers have attracted much attention owing to their interesting topological structures and their potential applications,such as chiral separation and asymmetric heterogeneous catalysis.In this paper,one novel chiral coordination polymer [Cd(tsgluO)(Him)(H2O)]n has been synthesized,and characterized through elemental analysis,infrared spectra,thermal analysis,and single-cryatal X-ray diffraction analysis.The single-cryatal X-ray structural determination indicates that complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1).The asymmetric unit consists of one Cd(Ⅱ)cation,one Him group,one tsgluO2-ligand,and one coordinated water molecule.
