　　In order to determiner the type of reducing saccharide in the dried persimmon frost and the concentration of each one.The dried persimmon frost were investigated by the thin layer chromatography plate,colorimetry and ion chromatography.As the result,dried persimmon frost include 55.52% glucose,2.61% fructose,slight amount mannose.Without xylose and Galactose.
