【摘 要】
:
脂氧合酶(LOXs)是炎症相关疾病的重要靶标,而现有LOXs酶活测试方法的不足,减缓了靶向LOXs的抗炎药物研发进程.我们利用LOXs代谢产物脂质过氧化物的氧化能力建立了基于荧光染料DHR和基于FTC复合物的LOXs酶活测试新方法,期望为靶向LOXs的抗炎先导化合物开发奠定基础.
