分别以Al2O3,TiO2,CeO2,ZrO2为水解活性组分,并浸渍不同的碱溶液KOH,NaOH,K2CO3,Na2CO3,制备了低温一体化脱除二硫化碳催化剂,并考察了低温下一体化催化脱除二硫化碳的可行性。通过无氧、有氧试验设计以及反应产物分析,推断出耦合催化脱除二硫化碳的宏观反应历程,认为二硫化碳的水解是催化耦合过程的控制步骤。同时分析了温度、硫浓度、相对湿度和氧硫比操作条件对催化耦合脱除二硫化碳的影响。在操作条件为反应温度125℃,相对湿度3%,氧硫比2和空速2797 h-1下该催化剂工作硫容可达到2.51 mg·g-1。
The catalysts for the synthesis of carbon disulfide were synthesized by impregnating Al2O3, TiO2, CeO2 and ZrO2 respectively with different alkali solutions KOH, NaOH, K2CO3 and Na2CO3.
