Background:Marie Unna Hereditary Hypotrichosis (MUHH) and Multiple Familial Trichoepithelioma (MFT) are both autosomal dominant congenital disorders.Patients with MUHH are born with sparse or absent hair, have characteristically coarse, wiry and twisted hair, while MFT is considered a variant phenotype of Brook-Spiegler syndrome and characterized by the presence of numerous, skin-colored papules predominant on the central face.
