Sampling neurotransmitters from small animal models at high temporal and spatial resolution is a challenging task [1-3].State-of-the-art commercially available dialysis probes offer a time scale in the order of~3 min.and at spatial resolution of min.1 mm [4].Here we present a microfabricated push-pull perfusion probe with integrated droplet generator able to distinguish changes in concentration within 6 seconds,sampling in an area of~100 x 20 μm.
