　　Retrogradation behavior of the stabilized rice bran-fortified restructured rice starch extrudates(SRB-FRRSE)was investigated.The SRB-FRRSE exhibited retarding retrogradation behavior as revealed by differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffraction(XRD).In the rapid viscous analysis(RVA),the set back value(SBV)of the SRB-FRRSE was the lowest,which indicated that a lesser extent to retrogradation.
