【摘要】

：

目的肿瘤细胞减灭术(cytoreductive surgery,CRS)加腹腔热灌注化疗(hyperthermicintraperitoneal chemotherapy,HIPEC)是国际推荐的腹膜假黏液瘤(pseudomyxoma peritonei,PMP)标准治疗。

目的：评价后路一期截骨术治疗颈胸交界区先天性脊柱侧凸的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析2009年6月至2014年10月来我科手术治疗的8例先天性颈胸段脊柱侧凸，对手术前后颈胸段冠状面和矢状面侧凸的Cobb角、躯干偏移、头部倾斜角、双肩高度差进行测量和分析，并对手术并发症进行分析。
