多环芳烃污染土壤植物修复研究进展

多环芳烃(PAHs)由于它们的毒性以及持久污染环境受到了人们的极大关注.随着石化工业的发展和化石燃料使用的不断增加,造成PAHs的环境污染越来越严重.植物修复即使用植物修复污染土壤的技术,对修复如PAHs持久性有机物染物的土壤有广阔前景.本文从植物吸收与积累、植物根系与微生物作用和化学增效作用三个方面总结了植物修复PAHs污染土壤研究进展,指出工业化和人类活动已经引起自然环境的广泛污染,很多有机污染物例如PAHs、多氯联苯(PCBs)、农药以及无机污染物例如重金属砷、镐、铬、铅和锌等在自然界中很难降解,进人环境后继续危害生物和人类。植物修复技术与传统的物理-化学修复技术相比是正在成长的、绿色的、具有吸引力和有前景的修复被持久性污染物污染土壤的技术,植物修复技术的费用低,可日选择性的降解污染物而不损害修复场所和土壤环境。
